BLAKE DUNGEY
President & Founder
Blake Dungey built his business from the ground up—starting with rented equipment, long days in the field, and a commitment to doing the work the right way. Raised in his family’s concrete business, he learned early that craftsmanship, grit, and reputation are earned, not marketed. That blue-collar foundation still shapes how Blake leads today as President and Founder: practical, disciplined, and focused on building a company that lasts.
Today, Blake is a respected thought leader in the trades, demonstrating and teaching other owners how to build real, scalable businesses through proven systems, brand, sales process, leadership, and financial discipline. He leads from the front, sharing lessons in real time rather than from theory.
Outside of work, Blake is married to his high school sweetheart—recently celebrating 10 years of marriage—and is a proud father of four. He believes strong businesses are built on strong foundations at home, and his mission is to elevate the trades while creating opportunity, stability, and a legacy worth passing on—both in business and in life.
